One of the wonderful places in Richmond on a nice day is Maymont Park. It’s a large area with lots of trees and hills. You can get some great exercise just walking around it one time. Yesterday there was a carnival for kids going on in one part of it and a wedding on the other side. Neither impinged on the other and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

There is also a Japanese garden that I didn’t have time to visit. Perhaps some other time. But for now here is a link to it. It’s a wonderful place.
